Don't Buy Panic Away Till You Have Read This Till The End?
There has been some discussion on forums lately about a program called Panic Away that is designed to help cure anxiety and panic. This book is written by Joe Barry, renowned anxiety expert and claims to stop acute anxiety and panic attacks in a systemized manner with step by step guide. Some people swear by it, while others have decided it doesn’t work for them. Some people have expressed concerns about trying programs such as this. This is understandable, because not all treatments suit all people.
As an ex-sufferer of anxiety, panic attacks and agoraphobia, I realized that I had the "been there" credentials. Additionally my experience with anxiety had afforded me a level of sensitivity and the ability to relate well with those suffering from anxiety and panic attacks. With all that said, I decided to forge ahead. Because however I wanted to complete a quality review of the Panic Away program, I knew that in order to carry out this task, I would need to set-up some more rigorous review criteria.
To start with, I believe that the most important criterion should be whether or not a program even works, regardless of the program I'm reviewing. In other words, does the Panic Away program do what it promises? Does it enable one to stop having panic attacks? The credential of this book has been verified with 36 testimonials on the website front page. You will have to scroll down extensively long to read all the testimonials and it appears that the ebook does provides effective advices and methods in overcoming panic attack. Till date, over 26,000 people have used the anxiety technique online with dramatic success!
Now when I started to learn the material and exact approach of the Panic Away program I found Joe Barry presents his information in an easy to read format. He does not use complicated psycho babble words often and explains himself when he does. He uses stories to help make his point and carries the reader through a logical progression as he reveals his One Move technique.
Changing your focus is just one technique Panic Away explains. Panic Away suggests that instead of focusing on “what’s happening to me”, switch to focusing on relaxing and letting the attack do its worst. As it turns out, the “worst” isn’t nearly as bad as we might expect. Unfortunately, it takes a certain amount of courage to venture down this road.
When I tried it the first time, I began to feel relief almost instantly, but then my mind switched and I became more focused on the dread than on just letting the anxiety to run it’s course. That was my mistake, but after several attacks I mastered the technique of releasing that fear.
I wish I could tell you that I discovered how to cure my anxiety from Panic Away but it’s actually the other way around. I found the book after I’d already learned this wonderful and effective technique. This is why I highly recommend this book to anyone suffering from anxiety and panic as I did.
What I dont like about this book:
Joe Barry Panic away claims doctors prescribe medication simply because they don’t have time to deal with patients. I disagree with that and in some cases, there is a medical reason for panic attacks which is due to hormonal imbalance. Medication can effectively treat these symptoms although it isn’t the only way available.
Don’t be fooled into thinking you can simply read the book and get the results, you have to apply what you learn and if you have had anxiety for many years this may take a little longer to cure anxiety.
If you are serious about getting relief of your panic condition, I strongly recommend this program. I even strongly recommend you to apply what you read here.
